Return & Exchange Policy – Assembly Apparel

We’re a small, family-run shop here in Wisconsin, and we stand behind the care we put into every item. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right — just be sure to reach out quickly.


Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and not marked Final Sale.


Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged. Since custom pieces are made just for you, we can’t restock or resell them.


Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size only.

  • Exchanges for different colors or different items are not accepted.

  • Once we receive your return, you’ll receive store credit to reorder the correct size.

  • Store credit does not expire.


Refunds
Refunds can be issued back to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
Refunds are only issued once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item arrives damaged.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use your preferred carrier.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to our website and log in with your email address.

  2. You’ll receive a 6-digit code to access your account.

  3. Submit your return or exchange request with your order number, item info, and reason.

  4. Ship the item back to us using your carrier of choice.

  5. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or send you store credit for a size exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at assemblyllc2025@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can get a free replacement sent out ASAP.
